It generally takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive however due to the current nationwide lockdown to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, and as per government guidelines, we are currently not delivering orders. The orders will be delivered within 10 working days, when the national lockdown due to Covid-19 lifts and shopping malls across India are allowed to be fully operational by the state and central government.

You can track your order through your Airway Bill (AWB) number (the one in your order confirmation email and SMS) and check the order status. You may track your order through the ‘my orders’ section in ‘my account’. You may also track the order through our logistics partner's website using the Airway Bill (AWB) number provided to you once the product has been shipped.

The EMI or ‘equated monthly instalment’ payment option allows you to pay for your orders in easy monthly instalments, provided you have a card from a partner bank. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions.

If you cancel an order paid for using the EMI option, we will cancel and refund the purchase amount to you immediately and the EMI will be cancelled. You will then need to contact your bank to confirm how the EMI scheme on your credit card has been modified, or for any queries on foreclosure.

We accept all major modes of payments including wallets, net banking, credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, and EMI.

While making your purchase, select the ‘cash on delivery’ payment option. You can then pay in cash when our logistics partner delivers the order to you.

On rare occasions, there is a system delay in sending a confirmation mail or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 30 minutes of placing the order, please contact us.

This means that Zotick did not receive a payment confirmation from your bank. In such cases, we try to reconfirm the payment with your bank. If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly. We don’t deliver internationally at present. You can place your orders from anywhere in the world, as long as the shipping address is in India.

Our logistics partners usually take 12 to 24 hours to activate the tracking code for an order once it's shipped. Please check back in a while.

For a quartz watch, servicing should ideally be done every 1 or 2 years, depending on the condition of the watch. For an automatic watch, it should be done every 4 to 5 years.
