SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. BIZOTICO insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders are delivered for free of charge.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

There are no additional charges. The total payable amount indicated on the individual items.

DELIVERY TIME

This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 2 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays). Items from select imported brands such as Mazzucato and NSquare will have a delivery timeline of up to 14 days.

PAYMENT MODE

You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), Online through Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Debit cards, IMPS.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Is available for items less than Rs. 20,000. This option may not be available in delivery areas where our logistics partner is unable to service this facility. Please enter the Pin-code in the address page to check the availability of this facility. Delivery of the order will be attempted thrice to the shipping address. On exceeding the limit, cash on delivery (COD) option will be deactivated and only prepaid payment will be accepted for further orders.

RETURN POLICY

When and how can I cancel an order?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Do you exchange or replace items?

We currently do not have the facility to Exchange an item. You can place a return request & place new order.

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You could initiate a return for your order / item by going into My Account and click on RETURNS, within 7 days of order delivered. What is the Return pickup process?

Once you click on RETURN on your account, we will initiate the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. They would contact you and get the item picked up. Packing Instructions will be sent to you through e-mail.

I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

When are returns not possible?

When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible:

  • Return needs to initiate within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items of the order is used.
  • The tags of the items are removed

When are Refunds provided?

Refunds would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse/Store and the quality check is complete.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through payment gateway. It typically takes 7 to 15 business days for refunds to reflect in to your account which is completely dependent on the bank. For Cash on Delivery Orders, the refund will be processed through online transfer. It may take 7 to 15 business days to reflect in your account. Please reply to our e-mail which will be sent when the refund is requested with details of your bank account.

Not satisfied with our product?

We promise full refund for the item.

  • If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 14 days of receipt.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  • BIZOTICO will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Refund will be issued only after product is received at our warehouse/store & after quality check
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • BIZOTICO follows 14 days, No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
